Angler’s Pond

The Butterfly Effect

What does it take to rejuvenate a classic property? This question became pertinent with the discovery of a dark, outdated house on a prime lot near downtown. Built in the ’70s, the property’s potential was masked by small windows and outdated designs that restricted views of Mount Werner and Fish Creek.

The transformation commenced when a visionary couple recognized the inherent charm and potential. The renovation resulted in open, airy spaces that enhanced views and effectively merged old and new elements. The unique east and west wings and the lower level were preserved, integrating them seamlessly with the modern design.

Now, this home stands as a beautifully reimagined ‘forever house’—exceptional and fully revitalized.
